The schedule changes periodically. Check back frequently to view the latest schedule and cancellations.

  • All classes require pre-registration. Please contact the studio before signing-up for new classes online.
  • New clients need to contact the studio prior to signing up for any classes.
  • New clients, please show up 15 minutes prior to class start time to fill out necessary forms.
  • If you are in the care of a doctor for any physical conditions including pregnancy, please check with your doctor and provide a note from the doctor clearing you to participate in movement based exercise programs.
  • All classes are 55 minutes unless noted otherwise.
  • As courtesy to others, please be on time to classes.

If you do not see a class time that fits your schedule, let us know what time you prefer as we change the class schedule monthly. We love hearing your suggestions! You can also gather a group of your friends or co-workers and we will put a class together just for you. Classes will be held for a minimum of 5 participants and the participants must purchase a 10 pack class card. This comes in handy when you are getting ready for a special occasion such as a wedding.

All sessions are by appointments only. Please contact the studio to make your appointments.










Cancellation Policy:
All appointments must be cancelled by phone 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount for the session. There will be no charge for a cancelled appointment if another time can be worked out during the same day. (Subject to the availability of the instructor.)
