* Intro to Mat classes run for 6 weeks. Classes are held twice a week on designated days for 5 consecutive weeks and the 6th week's classes are used for makeup classes.

** All passes are good for a month. You get one makeup class for once and twice per week pass. You get two makeup classes for three times per week pass. You can attend any scheduled group classes (reformer group class excluded) using the pass.

*** Uninstructed sessions must be approved by Evolutions Pilates' director. These sessions are available to those clients who have mastered the intermediate level syllabus. In addition to having mastered the intermediate level syllabus, the client must also demonstrate the ability to safely set-up and adjust the equipment.

Children's Program: Pilates is not just for adults. Children of all ages can benefit from the Pilates Method. Train in Pilates to promote healthy posture, fight obesity, and assist in athletic competitions especially dancers. Call to find out more information about our special program.
