Privates - one-on-one instruction with access to all of the studio equipment including the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel, and small apparatus. Private sessions are customized to meet the client’s individual goals and needs. This is the most effective way to reap the full benefits of Pilates.

Duet - two clients with one instructor utilizing Pilates apparatus as well as mat work. You receive the same benefits as a private session at a more affordable price.

Semi-Privates - clients at varying levels with one instructor utilizing Pilates apparatus as well as mat work. Offers flexible time and more affordable price.

E-Stretch – one-on-one instruction focusing on the client’s flexibility and mobility. After a quick warm-up, small apparatus and studio equipments are used in assisted stretches to improve the client’s range of motion. A great way to release stress!

Uninstructed - a workout without the direct supervision of an instructor. These sessions are available to those clients who have mastered the intermediate level syllabus. In addition to having mastered the intermediate level syllabus, the client must also demonstrate the ability to safely set-up and adjust the equipment.

Intro to Equipment - For clients who are new to equipment training. Beginner level reformer class consisting of a mat-based warm-up and a fitness workout on the reformer learning the beginner system repertoire. Class size is limited to ensure safety on the equipment and to provide you with personal attention without paying the price of a private or a semi-private session. We recommend that all clients take at least 3 - 5 private sessions before joining the Intro group.

Reformer Class - A beginner/intermediate through advanced level group class consisting of a mat-based warm-up and a fitness workout on the reformer to provide a balanced and a full-body workout. Reformer classes are geared towards fitness rather than rehabilitation. If you are returning from injury, we request that you schedule individual training sessions to meet your specific needs.

Tower Class - A Tower Class is a group class and incorporates the use of the Wall Unit (Tower) along with mat work. This challenging class is recommended for clients who have taken several private, semi-private and/or mat classes. You must be familiar with Pilates movement and language. By utilizing the Wall Unit, you will stretch your muscles while strengthening your core. Be prepared for a challenging workout! You may enhance your practice by taking mat classes as well.

Intro to Mat - This class will introduce you to the foundation of Pilates mat work—floor work—as well as the classical language. We recommend these classes for students who are new to Pilates.

Sculpt & Stretch - An open level mat class utilizing one's own body weight and small apparatus to challenge the core strength and stability followed by series of stretches to help release tight muscles and improve flexibility.

Core Challenge - Classical Pilates Mat workout challenging the core utilizing small apparatus. Workout for clients who is familiar with Beginner mat repertoire and is ready to kick it up a notch..

E-Yoga / Sunrise Yoga - These classes include asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Students of all abilities are welcome to attend. Classes encorporate fusion of Yoga emphasizing a systematic approach that allows students to learn the basic techniques of proper alignment, breathing, meditation, and relaxation. A perfect compliment to your Pilates workout.

Candle light Yoga - Yoga practice in the candlelight. This class is a flow style class where the poses are linked together with the breath. There is much more fluid movement involved so the pace of the class is a little quicker. Alignment direction is given for the poses, but there is an assumption that the student knows the basic forms of the poses. Although beginner friendly, this class is not recommended for students who have never done yoga. Perfect way to end a stressful day.

Prenatal Yoga - This is a place for connection with yourself and your growing baby. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit. Practicing Yoga during pregnancy will strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. This is a gentle practice safely adapted to each trimester of pregnancy. *Please call before registering.

Yogilates - A fusion of Pilates mat class and Hatha Yoga, Yogilates uses core strength, flexibility and balance for a complete and enjoyable mind/body workout for all levels and body styles. A session will help to lengthen the spine, tone and tighten the deep muscles, and promote better posture.

Dance Fitness - For all ages who want to get fit without the conventional exercises. Try Zumba, Dance Trance, etc! It's a total body aerobic workout. A perfect cardio companion for Pilates.
